2021 Tige z3 WetSounds Sub issue

The sub on the boat is super weak, a buddies boat with the same setup hits way harder and cleaner. Took a look at the subs, no adjustments?

Any suggestions on issue?


sub via eq on screen is 100%, on some songs you can’t even hear it or feel it with your foot against sub.

Your profile says 2022 Z3, but the title says 2021? Just clarifying, because a 2022 could have the consumer level amp, as opposed to the previous DSP amps.

The only thing you as the operator has any control over, is the 4 zone levels. So make sure the woofer zone is turned up. Make sure the woofer is tightly mounted with no air leaks.

Have you tuned channels 1 & 2 on that amp?

I’m sorry, it’s a 2022. The amps have fixed wetsounds plates on them.

So you pulled the inspection cover off on the lower half that partially covers the connections and its blank? Must be an early 2022.

I have not, which amp controls the sub?

The larger of the two. The sub is wired to channels 5/6.
